This study aims to determine the effect of hard skills and soft skills on the work readiness of final-year Management students at Samawa University, both partially and simultaneously. It is an associative study. The data analyzed were quantitative, consisting of respondent answers obtained directly from primary sources using a questionnaire. The study population comprised all 75 Management students at Samawa University graduating in 2021. The sample was determined using a saturated sampling method, meaning that every member of the population was included as the sample. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression, partial hypothesis testing (t-test), simultaneous hypothesis testing (F-test), and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results showed that partially, hard skills and soft skills had a positive and significant effect on the work readiness of final-year Management students at Samawa University, with the t-statistic values ??are 2.267 for professional skills and 3.845 for personal skills, both exceeding the critical t-value of 1.993 (2.267 and 3.845>1.993). Simultaneously, hard skills and soft skills had a significant effect on the work readiness of final-year Management students at Samawa University, with the F-statistic value are 33.906, which exceeds the critical F-value of 3.124 (33.906>3.124). The ability of hard skills and soft skills to influence the work readiness of final-year Management students at Samawa University was 47.1%, while the remaining 52.9% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study, such as career planning, adversity quotient, self-efficacy, psychological capital, internship or fieldwork experience, motivation to enter the workforce, and social support.
